Mentora is an educational tool that creates guided DSA roadmaps, hints, and feedback to help learners build problem-solving intuition.
You are responsible for how you use the guidance. Mentora does not guarantee interview outcomes, job placement, contest results, or correctness for every generated response.
The service is available at trymentora.in and is delivered digitally through the website.
Accounts
Some actions require authentication, including generating roadmaps, saving progress, scoring scratchpad attempts, and managing billing.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse Mentora, attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected systems, bypass usage limits, scrape at unreasonable volume, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Do not submit passwords, private keys, sensitive personal data, confidential employer code, or content you do not have permission to process.
AI-generated content
Roadmaps, hints, and feedback may be generated by AI and can contain mistakes, omissions, or imperfect guidance.
You should review outputs critically and use them as learning support, not as authoritative technical, legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans unlock roadmap generation beyond the free allowance. Pricing, plan terms, and payment flows are shown before checkout.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled. By starting checkout, you authorize the payment provider to process the selected subscription plan.
Refunds, cancellation timelines, and non-refundable cases are handled according to our refund policy.
Digital delivery
Mentora does not sell or ship physical goods.
Paid access is delivered online after successful payment confirmation. If access is not activated after a successful payment, contact priynshuchouhn@gmail.com with your account email and payment reference.
Changes and availability
We may update Mentora, add or remove features, change limits, or modify these terms from time to time.
We aim to keep Mentora reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
